People can have different opinions about the range, but I've always gotten what I needed. So far I have only experienced a good mood from the staff and they seem to be happy to help. A very pleasant hardware store.

Absolutely not recommended. Very customer-unfriendly. If you have any complaints, please refer them to the complaints department in Hamburg. I did both. Hamburg doesn't feel responsible and neither does Uslar, even though the goods were ordered in Uslar. This is a strategy of attrition. The main thing is that the profit is right. My wife and I feel totally ripped off and cheated.

Nice selection of plants and other things. Plants are also well cared for except for a few things every now and then. But that is also normal and human. However, I am very disappointed that a few ladies are very unfriendly and arrogant. No time is taken for the customer to provide good advice and support. A lady answered questions very arrogantly and that just doesn't work. This is not good customer service and I would personally rather buy my things somewhere else. And that's why I only give 2 stars!!!! Really a shame.
